| Description: | Pours a hazy golden color liquid topped with a small white head that retained well and left some lacing on the glass. Citrus in the nose, funky yeast, herbal, bready, lactic notes. Taste was tart/sour, but not puckering, citric, lactic, with a good balance of orange blossom sweetness, doughy malts, musty funk taking more of a back seat. Medium bodied, clean, and quite enjoyable overall. 5.8% abv | |
