| Description: | Pale yellow and extremely bubbly with big bubbles. Rice, maize and other adjuncts in the aroma. The taste may have a hint of grass, mildly bitterness. Very crisp mouthfeel with lots of bubbles. Surprisingly pleasant and light bodied. This is one good thing about Japanese beers, they are extremely drinkable. The light body and lack of heavy flavors or even hoppiness makes it perfect to round off an even of drinking fine beers, or on a hot day. | |
