| Description: | Ola Dubh, made in the style of an Old Ale, is aged in 30 year old Single Malt Scotch barrels from the Highland Park distillery. It pours a deep engine oil black with a rich, rocky head the color of milled oatmeal. The aroma consists of subtly toasted malts with a hint of vanilla, balanced by distant red fruit. The elegant development of wine-like notes through bitter chocolate and espresso beans leads the drinker to a lingering oaked conclusion. This beautifull and fantastic brew is worth any price. | |
