Description: | This cask ale is a modified version of HHH's Pale Ale. The addition of honey and a yeast that is tolerable of higher alcohol help to increase it's complexity and on top of that, this version is aged in Jack Daniel's Whiskey barrels for added flavor. It pours a hazy orange/amber with aromas of piney hops and subtle hints of honey. It tastes slightly sweet and boozy while maintaining a hop character through to the finish. 8% ABV | |
