| Description: | The illicit "brett'd saison" that spawned Firestone Walkers barrel aged wild yeast program, the Barrelworks. Brewed in the farmhouse tradition, this ale breams with citrus, oak and funky bubblegum character from the Brett with a slight bit of tartness from the Lactobacillus. Pours light gold with a slight haze. Medium bodied with high attenuation and champagne like carbonation. Subtle hop character with notes of white grapes, lemon zest, barnyard-earthiness and wood. Finishes dry with lingering hops and Brett funk. 5.9% ABV | |
