Description: | This beer pours a pale hazy gold with a large white head. The aroma is dusty, musty, smells like citrus, yeast and the cask it was fermented in for three years. Its flavor is tart and sharp with some oaky sweetness, but only a hint. Drinkable ONLY to a trained palate. Very funky, tart over ripe apricots and peaches. The carbonation is nice and spritzy. 5% ABV | |
