Description: | Pours a cloudy, opaque, muted orange with a finger and a half of cream head. The froth lingers with an attractive layer that laces quite well. Dank aromas of mild garlic, onion, citrus pulp, grapefruit rind and wet hay. Flavors follow the nose but less dank and a little more earthy/ floral. Earthy flower petals, citrus pulp, soft but notable garlic, damp grass, green onion, hay, cracker, faint peppery spice, vague hint of mint and a decent dollop of alcohol. Oily, slick, resinous feel that gives the body significant heft as it settles on the tongue. Long, soft bitter aftertaste of dank hops, damp hay, lemon zest and traces of bready malt. 10% ABV | |
