Description: | Brewed with hops, malt, water, yeast, rosemary, and rosemary honey, this artisanal ale pours light reddish amber with a foamy off-white head. The rosemary immediately makes its presence known with flavors of wood and toasted bread. As the beer warms up, notes of cherry, caramel, pear, and black pepper are more evident. Modest hop presence shows up in the pleasantly dry finish. Despite the strong rosemary profile, a very well balanced beer. 6% abv | |
