Description: | Lupulust is a traditional Belgian-style Tripel with a hop soul. A thick rocky head fills the nose with a candied bouquet of fruit and floral notes. A sip of this golden, full-bodied and effervescent ale leads to a spicy, peppery hop punch while retaining a traditional Tripel character. Attenuation is a brewing term that refers to the amount of residual sugar left in the beer after fermentation. High attenuation means the yeast was left to do its job, consuming sugar and producking CO2 and alcohol. | |
