| Description: | The B-O is near ink black with a ruby hue, a thin tan head that dissipates quickly. Aromas of butter and raspberry essence, with a hint of bitter chocolate. Flavors are similar to the aroma with good complexity without being overly sweet. Addition of coco nibs in the cask really kicks up the chocolate flavor, and a dry earthy finish really rounds the beer out nicely. 8% ABV | |
