| Description: | This Texas only release is the bourbon barrel aged version of The Good, The Bad and The Unidragon. The series of beers uses Texas malts and draws it's inspiration from Sergio Leone's series of Clint Eastwood films. Pours a stark black with a robust deep khaki brown head. Aromas are packed with roasted notes of coffee and bakers chocolate underscored by vanilla, burnt oak, smoke, pine and a slight spice character. The body is beond full bordering on syrup-like with full bourbon character that is extremely well blended with the more traditional stout flavors. An outstanding bourbon barrel stout. 14.3% ABV | |
