| Description: | This India Pale Ale is an amber straw color with a huge floral hop aroma. It is cask conditioned, which means that more yeast has been added to the finished beer to start another round of fermentation which leads to more pronounced flavors, and finer bubbles in the head. The new and improved head is white and fluffy and the body is medium with a BIG hop flavor. Grapefruit and pine flavors clash for dominance, but I think they both win. The beer is high quality with a nice lingering hop finish. 6.3% abv | |
