| Description: | Named for the late wife of Stone Employee Steve Gonzalez--his pet name for her was Tiger Cub--this is the second memorial beer from Stone in 2014. At its base this Saison adheres to fairly standard style guidelines with bright crisp wheat and European malt notes and a dry well attenuated bite typically found in traditional Saisons. White wine barrel aging adds an aroma of fresh strawberries and a tart nearly bitter note to the beer that elevates it beyond the typical. 7.7% ABV | |
