| Description: | A Single Hop Experimentation American IPA. The hops in this beer will rotate and thus will the hop profile found in it. This Spring 2015 batch uses Hull Melon Hops. The aromatics on this beer are much larger than most single hop IPAs with notes of fresh strawberry and peach. The flavor is immediately that of tropical fruits. Mango, honeydew, and apricot are pinned down to a malt profile reminiscent of cake doughnuts. The finish is resinous pine and white pepper. 7% ABV | |
