| Description: | This cask was made specially for the Saucer by Brewmaster Rob Landerman. This iteration is Mesquite Smoked Porter fermented with Duvel Yeast and finished with Black Cherries and Rose Petals. Yummy. The normally full smoke flavors have fallen a bit behind the fruity esters of the Belgian Yeast, black cherry and a touch of perfume from the rose petals, but they all come together nicely.
