Description: | Once a year the brewmaster at Duck Rabbit takes some time off, and the rest of the crew runs wild! This year produced a American Stong Ale/ DIPA, pouring a dark reddish amber with a solid tan head. Aroma is LOADS of citrus hops and a bit of caramel malt sweetness. Taste is very hoppy and pleasantly bitter, balanced by small amounts of toasted bread and caramel. Alcohol is present in the finish but otherwise is well hidden. Outstanding effort from a brewery normally focused on malt! 10% ABV | |
