| Description: | The name Fluxus was chosen to represent the ever changing recipe for this annual release. Fluxus 2010 pours a deep, dark black with brown hues with a fluffy tan head. Aroma is big dark roasted malts, coffee, sweet chocolate, and background earthiness. Allagash's house yeast makes itself apparent in the taste where it contributes flavors of banana and tropical fruits which make an interesting blend with the other favors of bitter chocolate, molasses, and alcohol.
