| Description: | The Fish Guys created the fine recipe for this Amber ale but it is brewed and bottled by the O’Fallon brewery located in O’Fallon Mo. Dry hopped with Williamette English hops and then aged in oak barrels. This fine beer pours out a hazy brown color that creates an off white head that laces the glass. The aroma is rather pleasing with a nice balance of caramel, and hops. Very well balanced between the caramel malts, and hop finish. Refreshing with a nice mouth feel. 6%abv. | |
