| Description: | Brewed with chocolate and raspberries, this is a rich and decadent stout, reminiscent of chocolate cake covered with raspberry sauce. Midnight black in color, this beer produces aromas of roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and faint raspberries. At first sip, raspberries are the dominant flavor, but this gives way to a nice roastiness, with dark chocolate and cocoa powder noticeable. The finish is fairly dry and roasty on this full-bodied stout coming in at 7.8% abv. | |
