| Description: | In 1999, Brasserie Pietra creates its own white beer that resembles no other, with its aroma of maquis (the Corsican bush land), the unique scent of the Isle of Beauty. It took two years to finalise the recipe: a white beer with low fermentation, spicy and with the scent of herbs. A selection is made of herbs from the maquis: tree strawberry, myrtle, rockrose, juniper... A subtle, delicate (and secret) mix of these is placed in a large tea-ball and left to infuse in the vat while cooking the wort. Colomba beer is a real blend of smells and tastes, to be discovered first by the nose. 5% ABV | |
