| Description: | According to the legend, the Herbe à détourne is a plant that makes you loose your way if you step on it. If your not careful that will be your fate with this brew! Herbe à détourne was brewed for the breweries 6th anniversary and combines the older style with modern trends. This "new age" Belgian triple uses Abbey-style Belgian yeast that is fermented at a lower temperature to keep the fruity and spicy esters subtle. The addition of a healthy amount of Citra hops add aromas of mango to compliment the flavors or melon and passion fruit...along with a good amount warming alcohol. 10.2% ABV | |
