Description: | Hazy orange beige color with a strong lingering head. This brew is fragrant with a mildly pungent barnyard tartness in the nose. Fresh sliced lemons and hay come to mind. Moderate body with a crisp and effervescent carbonation, obvious malt presence. Mild tangerine and grapefruit flavors, some phenolic medicinal tastes and a liberal hand of hops give an herbal minty twang that lingers. Fruity and estery with warming alcohol to boot. Earthy and barn yard characters and a soft, raw honey like sweetness and a grainy palate towards the end dries things up for the finish. 9%ABV | |
