| Description: | This Double Mocha Porter is one of the first in a new line of beers for Rogue Ales. It pours a deep, dark onyx with a reddish tint escaping as the light hits the sides of the glass with a rocky mocha colored head that leaves nice lacing as you sip on this bad boy. The chocolate comes through really well in the aroma along with some sweet, lightly roasted coffee. As you sip this beer you get a brilliant mix of chocolate, roasted malt, and fresh coffee. This beer goes down nice and smooth with some residual sweetness on the palate. It is nice and easy to drink despite having 8.2% abv. $$$ | |
