| Description: | Pours a reddish brown with a thin head with nice lacing, and a touch of haze. Has an aroma of balsamic vinegar and dark fruits with a touch of sweet malt. Tastes of tart fruit, lacto, acetic acid, and a pleasant maltiness. There is a bit of sweetness in the beginning that dries out well and ends with a nice dark fruit tart finish. Well done, and suprisingly drinkable at 5%. |
