Description: | This version of Bourbon County is aged in Templeton Rye whiskey barrels with toasted coconut. It pours almost completely onyx in color with a very thin brown head that disappears very quickly. A very complex brew with aromas and flavors of bourbon, vanilla, coffee, chocolate, and coconut. The coconut is much more noticeable in the flavor than the aroma especially as you let this beer warm up closer to room temperature. It finishes with a distinct warm alcohol feeling and the slightest bit of coconut flavor. 14.1% ABV | |
