| Description: | This beer is brewed as a Wee Heavy. It comes in at 9.5% alcohol and is ruby in color - on it's way to black. The head is thick and tan. Relatively clear beer even though unfiltered. The aroma has Irish coffee and hints of peat. It is sweet and creamy, not thin or heavy and almost refreshing for a big beer. Caramel malt, smoke, coffee and orange on the palate. This is a complex beer with light spiciness on the finish. | |
