Description: | A nose job of toasted brown malt, medium dark fruit and clove spice are combined beautifully. Pours a rich, dark rosewood color and again sweet malt is prevalent. A cave-aged beer from the mind of Pierre Celis has more flavor the more time you let it warm and then it in turn warms you up. The flavors are caramel and a bit of cocoa and mildly oaky. | |
