| Description: | This copper colored beer is a blend of Racer 5 and Red Rocket, and is fermented with a Belgian yeast strain, giving a characteristic spicy clove aroma. The American hop bitterness and aroma balances the Belgian character. This hybrid beer is so unusual that we decided to call it Crazy Ivan, after the unexpected left turn they took in making (and naming) it. Peppered pears and apples meet lemon candy, floral notes and peppered alcohol all appear in the aroma, flavor and finish. ABV 7.0% | |
