| Description: | For this Oude Druivenlambik, we macerated Sylvaner grapes on young and two-year old lambik for more than five months before maturing the grape lambik for more than a year on oak. The grapes originate from a small biodynamic wine maker from Rheinland, Germany. All cereals are sourced in Pajottenland. The lambikken originate from seven different barrels and ten different brews. The final fruit intensity is 334 grams of sylvaner grapes per litre of Oude Druivenlambik. 10.1%ABV | |
