| Description: | Ritualist hits with bright, sharp hop structure: punchy grapefruit and lime zest up front, sticky pine resin through the middle, then a wave of dank diesel and tropical candy that keeps unfolding as it warms. Simcoe drives the hot-side backbone, and the cold-side blend of cutting-edge NZ hop additions stacks citrus, berry, and high-voltage dank aroma on top of that classic West Coast bite. Mid-palate swings tropical and candy-bright, then the finish snaps dry with a clean white-grape/lime pop from the hop kief. Brewed in loving memory of Matt Moulis of the Austin-based metal band Glassing. 8.5% ABV |
