| Description: | Barrel aged ale re-fermented with Motueka hop infused honey. Pours a clear pale yellow with tons of bubbles rising to a white fluffy head that laces great. Aroma is light crisp wheat, bright citrus lemony, farmhouse funk, light floral, light honey notes. Taste is light, effervescent, funky farmhouse notes ride across the malt, tart lemon is sweetened by the honey. Finish is light, crisp lingering tart and honey with some spice to round it out light clove and lighter peppercorn. | |
