| Description: | A new Winter seasonal for 2025, this traditional Bock comes in stark contrast with Parish's signature hazy IPAs. Clear auburn amber pour with a slight off white head. Biscuit, toffee and a slight earthy hop character on the nose. Excellent balance here in malt sweetness, dry grain notes and a very slight bitterness mid-taste to keep the beer from becoming too sweet. An excellent example of an old world style. | |
