| Description: | Pours a dark yellow, some white foam, lots of lacing. Very dark and thick. Aroma is lime zest, a little white grape, and a lot of juicy cantaloupe and honeydew. Very very melon forward and fruity. Flavor follows nose with a powerful kick of stone fruit and melon, but low sweetness with a grassy kick and a hefty hit of bitterness on the back end. Mouthfeel is really good, the classic Southern Grist thick creaminess, with medium-high body and a long, complex finish that introduces some sweet malt flavors and milky sweetness on the very end. 8% ABV |
