Aiming to create a latte-like vibe by amping up some creamy sweetness milk sugar (lactose) was added then rested the beer on coarsely cracked, freshly roasted coffee beans. Beautiful coffee aroma and character from a deceptively colored golden beer. Dextrin malt in the mash helps to add a touch of body while the selected blend of coffee beans bring notes of dark chocolate and a touch of cherry. 5.7% ABV |
