| Description: | A summer solstice-inspired west coast-style india pale ale dry-hopped with strata, mosaic and HBC 630. Brewed with water from our wells along with 84% local ingredients. Mashed, as always, with local barley and a helping of dextrin malt for a firmly boosted bod. Intensely hopped with a contemplative blend of extra choice strata, mosaic and experimental HBC 630. Fermented with our preferred house “westy” yeast strain for maximum crushability. 6.5% ABV Meaning “of or pertaining to summer”, Aestival is a brand new west coast crusher that aims to help celebrate the ushering of summer by way of the upcoming solstice. Though the solstice is still a month away, this is the liminal space leading up to the longest day of summer.
