| Description: | Burial's first-ever realms of experimentation, the coffee saison. Mashed with barley and wheat from Epiphany Craft Malt and made with Burial's Coffee program hand-selects. This exposé of lightly roasted coffee and lively golden saison takes center stage here, working with the profound aromatics of a blend of three different Columbian-born coffee beans: 50% washed Central Huila Colombian, 25% washed San AgustÃn Colombian ethyl acetate-decaffeinated, and 25% experimentally-fermented Colombian ethyl acetate-decaffeinated. The banding of these beans and farmhouse fermentation profile brings out baked blueberries, ginger molasses, spiced tea, and sweet toffee nuts. 4.5% ABV | |
