| Description: | Surly Parker’s Heritage 15-Year Heavy Char Bourbon Barrel-Aged Darkness Russian Imperial Stout, 12% ABV. Pours thick and black with a one-finger light-brown head that left slight lacing. Aroma is chocolate, caramel/toffee, bourbon, tobacco, and roastiness. Taste follows, quite sweet, slightly bitter, faint bourbon burn. Excellent mouthfeel, overall world-class. Aged in heavily charred 15-year bourbon barrels. Definitely allow this to warm. |
