| Description: | We've brewed a few different iterations of Tmave Czech-Style Dark lager over the years, but never one at 11° Plato. Tmave11º is mashed with a blend of floor-malted Bohemian malts and a generous amount of chocolate malt, double decocted, and spunded for 100% natural carbonation. In spite of its modest 4.4% ABV, Tmave11º is a rich, flavorful lager with superior drinkability, notes of Belgian chocolate, toffee, dates, and wood-fired Neapolitan pizza crust, balanced by a firm bitterness from Czech-grown Saaz hops. 4.4% ABV |
