| Description: | Brewed in collaboration with Formula Brewing, Issaquah, WA. No Guard Rails was brewed with Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner malt, decocted as per tradition, and thoroughly hopped throughout the boil with some very special, newer varieties of Czech Saaz hops. Saaz Brilliant and Saaz Comfort were selected to bring a unique twist to our homage to the world's first pilsner. No Guard Rails showcases a great balance between bitterness, earthiness, and floral hop aroma, with a characteristic herbal and spicy presence from these distinct Saaz varieties. Brewed to 11.5º Plato and clocking in at a modest 4.5% ABV, No Guard Rails is packaged unfiltered or finned, making it an approachable yet complex, easy-drinking pilsner to be enjoyed on any occasion. | |
