| Description: | A lager project with Firestone Walker that knew no truth, until the barley showed itself. The handiwork of Epiphany Craft Malt is at the core of this countryside autumnal lager, featuring Foundation barley, small dabs of smoked pecan wood barley and chit malt, and German-born Hersbrucker and Spalter. The beer was then fermented cold, spunded for natural carbonation and aged in our horizontal lagering tanks. The final expression signals the changing seasons, with a profile of grape leaf, kudzu flowers, pumpernickel, and whole grain wasa crackers. 4.8% ABV | |
