The flavor is complex and not what one would expect with the green color. There are notes of grapefruit and potent pepperiness. Almond and hints of vanilla, toasty malt, subtle clove-and-banana hefeweizen character, all packed into a great green vessel. Nice carbonation on the finish. | |
