| Description: | Flying Saucer exclusive brewed for the 29th Anniversary of the Original Flying Saucer in Fort Worth, Texas. Brilliant golden yellow pour, the head is fluffy and persistent. Aromatics are classic West Coast, pineapple, grapefruit and citrus with just a hint of tropical fruit. Initial taste is dank and sticky with gooseberry and pineapple flavor and a slight warming alcohol along with medium carb prickle. Drier pine resin bitterness midtaste and a softer more lush fruity note towards the end. A big, bold new school West Coast IPA. 7.5% | |
