| Description: | This Gueuze inspired Wild Ale blends spontaneously fermented lambic style ales from 2019, 2020, and 2021. Pale gold in color with a cloudiness and thin white head. Wild honey, lemon zest, apricot, and some farmhouse funk on the aroma that leads into a medium body with an effervescence throughout each sip with a bone dry finish. The flavors are more subdued than the aroma with a deep oak quality present notes of white wine, deep lemon juice, orange zest, and earthy wheat. Very rare find on draft. 5.1% ABV | |
