| Description: | Gotahold took a traditional Belgian Tripel and aged it in Wild Turkey barrels. This provides us with a brew that is equal parts delicious and complex. Sweet pear and white grapes hit the nose. The initial taste is full of those same light fruits accompanied by green apples and a hint of black pepper. The flavor develops and carmalized alcohol takes over the palate. The finish is a long sweet alcohol. 10.5% abv | |
