The flavor profile opens with up front citrusy notes with hints of tangerines, grapefruit and kumquats then moves into caramel sweetness with light notes of toasted sweet bread finishing with a continued assault of more citrus bitterness that begins to move towards apricots and peach in the finish with a slight toasted note at the tail end. 7.5% ABV
