| Description: | New for winter '23, this Czech Dark Lager is a collab beteween Flying Saucer and Houston based Equal Parts brewing. This dark toasty little lager is just what the doctor ordered for colder months. Deep brown pour with a medium khaki head that lingers. Nose has dark chocolate and a touch of pepper. Big malt character up front. Cocoa, toast and nuttiness. A slight grassy, earthy hop underlying. Malt flavor never becomes bitter or coffee-esque but certainly toes the line. The beer is hefty despite its very approachable 5% abv. A great winter beer. |
