| Description: | Tantalus is an 8% double IPA packed with peaches and apricot. The base beer was hopped with the ever-tangerine-forward Citra hops and some aromatic, tropical Galaxy. This combination plays beautifully with the added stone fruit. The beer is soft, sticky, fruit-fleshy, and mildly sweet. There are flavors of peach ring gummies, Bellinis, and some mild lingering notes that taste a whole lot like those apricot kolaches that you find at the Czech Stop on the way down to Austin. | |
