| Description: | Prairie took their imperial stout BOMB! and enriched it with some delicious Christmas spices then aged it in Bourbon Barrels. Pouring deep, dark black and sporting a tan head. Heavy coffee roast, boozy chocolate syrup, allspice, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg are all picked up in the nose. Tastes are mirrored to the smell, picking up some heat from the peppers used in the BOMB! The pepper is mellowed by the boozy vanilla spices derived from the barrel.
