| Description: | Wild Ale fermented on Black Spanish Grapes and aged on oak. Pours a deep garnet purple. Nose is super jammy -- blueberry, raspberry, dark grape juice. Herbal components become more apparent as it warms. Notes of white pepper and rosemary are very very slight. Oaky and mildly funky with a damp cellar note lingering after the bright tart acidity fades. An exceptionally balanced barrel aged sour beer. | |
