| Description: | Pours a very pale straw color. Nose is lightly grassy with only a brief hint of citrus. This beer has been aged on oak foeders that also condition sour wild ales, so there is a small but pronounced tart citric acid note. Thanks to the beer's very small body and malt bill, the sour character dominates but subtle American Lager flavors linger underneath - grass, honey and cereal grain. A refreshing little crusher. |
